Visited the World of Food Trucks for the first time around lunch time. Parking is 2 if you want to park at the designated parking lot or free if you park at an off-site parking lot. We did a quick tour of all the food trucks to see what our options were and most of them were Latin American food trucks. A few of the food trucks were closed and looked like they might only open for dinner. I ended up choosing Blessed Belly Food Truck since their menu was the only one that caught my eyes. Hot Cheetos Birria Tacos (19.50): Four generously sized tacos stuffed with flavorful, tender meat, served with two sauces, lime wedges, and consomme. The flavors were incredible and definitely hit the mark. The portion is perfect for two, but since we were flying home and couldn't take leftovers, we happily stuffed ourselves and skipped dinner. I've been on the hunt for great birria ever since falling in love with it, and not many places meet my high expectations. This food truck has now earned a spot in my top two for the best birria.

We had a couple different plates, and everything was delicious and fresh. The portions were pretty great which is a plus. We had the birria quesadillas, the birria tacos, birria nachos, and the elote. Everything was amazing!

Birria lovers, this is your spot! Blessed Belly Birrieria blew me away. I tried the birria tacos, and they were insane—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and loaded with flavor. The consomme was rich and full of depth, perfect for dipping. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Everything was seasoned perfectly, the meat was super tender, and the portions were generous—you’re definitely getting your money’s worth here. The tacos hit that perfect balance of cheesy, crispy, and savory. The people running the truck were super friendly, and the service was quick even though it was busy. If you’re at Food Trucks Heaven, don’t skip this one. Blessed Belly is serving up some of the best birria in town—trust me, it’s worth the visit.

Let me begin by saying I have had my fair share of birria. From food trucks in San Antonio to family-run taquerias in LA, I’ve traveled far and wide in search of that deep, slow-braised perfection—but nothing, nothing, could have prepared me for this birria platter. This wasn’t just a meal—it was an experience. A memory. A moment where time stopped, and my taste buds were baptized in flavor. Let’s Talk About the Birria The star of the plate was the birria beef—fall-apart tender, juicy, and rich with that unmistakable slow-cooked depth that only comes from hours of simmering in love, spice, and tradition. The consomme wasn’t oily or greasy—it was velvety and full-bodied, with layers of smoky chilies, garlic, and warming spices that danced on the tongue. Every bite felt like a symphony, and I caught myself closing my eyes, savoring each forkful like it was a secret whispered in my ear by an abuelita who knew exactly how to win my heart. Refried Beans Elevated to Art Now, I never thought I’d write a paragraph about refried beans, but here I am—because these weren’t just beans. They were creamy, seasoned to perfection, and topped with a generous layer of melted cheese that was broiled just enough to create a golden, bubbling crust. This wasn’t a side dish—it was a statement. I would’ve been happy with just the beans and a spoon. They were that good. Rice & Pico – The Perfect Supporting Cast The rice was fluffy, aromatic, and well-seasoned without overpowering. It acted as the perfect balance to the richness of the beef, absorbing just enough consomme to transform into its own flavor bomb. And then there was the homemade pico de gallo—fresh in every sense of the word. The tomatoes were sweet and ripe, the cilantro vibrant, the onions sharp but not overpowering, and the lime juice brought it all together with a clean, zesty finish. It didn’t just cut through the richness—it elevated it. Presentation & Atmosphere This platter came out hot and hearty, plated with intention. It didn’t look thrown together—it looked crafted. The colors, the textures, the aroma—every detail made me feel like I was about to sit down for something special. And trust me, it was special. Final Verdict I can say with complete confidence that this was the best birria I have ever had. Period. It’s the kind of meal you tell your friends about. The kind you dream about. The kind that ruins you for all other birria after it. If you’re lucky enough to have a plate of this in front of you—don’t walk, run. And when you take that first bite, know that you’re tasting something sacred. Respect it. Praise it. And most importantly—finish every single bite.

Came across this food truck a while ago and came to find that this is stationed along with multiple other food trucks. We walked around a bit but I must say we only ended up getting food from Blessed Belly Birrieria. Really great food and a must try if in the area or willing to take a road trip. The Birrieria Ramen was out of this world!
